0 "E" - BIKE / BIKE TRIPS - full day

I am a keen biker/tour guide myself and here I offer bike trips in the Southern Moravia which is dotted with wineyards.

I can hire ELECTRO bikes for you and using this easy biking we can together explore beautiful parts of my country from a bike saddle.

I highly recommend to bike in the very south of the Czech Republic since it is very flat, you can stop at various chatteaux (Valtice, Lednice and town of Mikulov, more details are here: ) and sample some good Czech wine along the trail .

1. Mikulov – Valtice - Lednice – Mikulov - 47 km to 66 km / 30 to 41 miles

Start in the wine town MIKULOV, continue through the flat and gently rolling hills to another wine town Valtice (refresh at the National Wine Centre), continue to town Lednice with a breath-taking chatteau set into the romantic UNESCO Heritage landscape area. The route enters the hilly area of the Pálava Protected Landscape Area with its archeological areas in Dolní Věstonice, (Youtube) past vineyards and orchards, and back to Mikulov. The day offers several opportunities to taste excellent local wines. This trip can be shortened, it is up to your abilities and priorities.

Organisation of this bike trip:

We will go from BRNO by car/minivan to MIKULOV which is about a 45 minut drive from BRNO. There we will be given bike helmets, hop on electro bikes and according to the weather conditions and your mood and abilites we start biking this trail, which can be ended anywhere and we can be picked up by the ELECTRO Bike Co. and we drive back to BRNO. This represents a full day trip.

This trip can be self -guided.

1 person EUR 130 / full day guided bike trip or

1 person EUR 75 / full day self guided trip
